- Expression of Interest are invited for Website Design, Development and Implementation Service. Bids opening date: No specific Opining Date & Time This Request for Expressions of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business No. DB Reference Nº WB 1067/03-16 Posted on March 8/2016. The Govemment of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contract for Selection & employment of website design, development and Implementation service. Scope of the Assignment:- The consultant will undertake the following: The firm is required to provide Website Development testimonials for a minimum of 5 website development testimonials and the number of pages in each project should be more than 15 in the last five years. All website address (URL) should be clearly mentioned in the bidding form. Test & demonstrate the implemented system for proper functionality. Hosting the website in the hosting environment prepared by FPPA Provide the necessary Support during the implementation of the service. The system shall have a well-organized and easily understandable graphical user interface: The system shall have a well-organized and easily understandable graphical user interface: The system need to have searching capability and Navigation query functionalities using different filter parameters, A website should warrant the integration of information should provide Social Sharing tools that allow visitors to post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. should be incorporated across the website where appropriate. FPPA social media networks must be linked on the website. The system should support at least those two languages (Amharic and English) to increase the usability of the system. The websites shall be designed to have a wellformatted content that can easily scan, fast load times, browser consistency, an effective navigation system The websites shall be designed in a way that complies with third-party security service standards and practices. The Website should have the capability to define Various Roles and Privileges for the website administrators Training shall be provided for staff like website technical administrators and different levels of website content administrators (administrators, editors, publishers, etc.)
