- Tenders are invited for Waterworks Construction or Wwc-5 and above Category of Invited with Renewed License Valid for the Year Bids opening date: 22nd working days at 4:30 Am local time Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 300,000.00 Birr Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents for each document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 200.00(two hundred birr only) from Horo Guduru Wollega Zone Revenue Authority Office inside of Zonal Administration Compound section, room no 4(Four) working days up on submission of a written request. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from Ho. Gu. Wollega Zone Revenue Authority Office inside of Zonal Administration Compound section, room 4.- in working hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred only) for this project The bid shall be accompanied by a security of 300,000 (Three Hundred thousand) of Ethiopia Birr in CPO delivered to Ho GuWO.ZANRO and closed envelope in Technical original envelopes and the bid valid for a period of 60 days after the bid closing Interested bidders may obtain further information from Horo Guduru Wollega Zone, Agriculture, and Natural Resource Office), Contract Administration & construction supervision owner process at the address given below. The bid Shall be delivered to Ho Gu. Wollega Zone Vice Administration Office Room no 2 before 22ndworking days starting from the date of Announcement on the Herald News Paper as per the schedule described in Meeting Hall and it closed at 4:00 Am local time and the bid will be opened on the same day at 4.30 Am local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend. If the day is non working day, the next working day will be the bid submission at the same time. Late bids will be rejected. The technical and financial document shall be prepared in one Original and Two Copies. The original and the copies shall be signed, stamped and wax-sealed in separate envelope clearly mark “Original, Copy 1 and Copy 2"Separately. Both documents shall be signed, stamped and wax-sealed in separate envelope clearly marking financial documents and Technical documents or separate documents project mention. The general qualification bid document or all document must have submitted with one envelope and signed, stamped and wax-sealed clearly marking all document. Failure to do so would entail rejected of the bid. Bidders have to visited the site and bring site evidence from HGWZANRO according to the site visit format. Bid has to be submitted according to the instruction stated on the bid document. Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way. Ho. Gu Wollega Zone, ANRO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
