- Tenders are invited for Water Reservoir Bids opening date: 22nd date of the announcement at 4:30 local time but if the 22nd date is weekend/ holiday, it will be conducted on the next working day Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Different for the various lots All bids Must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or bank guarantee of (a) for Gravel Road Birr 500,000.00 (Five hundred Thousand) birr valid for 148 days, (b) for Terminated G+2 Laga Dadi Market & Water Reservoir Birr 100,000.00(One hundred thousand) birr valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening, the bid security must be addressed “LAGA TAFO LAGA DADI ADMINISTRATION FIN. ECO.COOPERATION” separately. Submission and opening of the bid The dead line of bid submission shall be on the 22nd date of the announcement from 2:30-4:00 local time, simultaneously it will be opened on the same date at 4:30 local time but if the 22nd date is weekend/ holiday, it will be conducted on the next working day at Lege Tafo Laga Dadi Town Administration Finance and Economy Cooperation Office Bidding document shall be purchased at Lege Tafo Town Administration Finance and Economy Cooperation Office with non-returnable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred Birr) starting from date of announcement for 21 working days and hours, at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No. 1000061739274 Thus, the town Administration Finance and Economy Cooperation Office now invites all contractors of GC/BC/RC-3 and/above (for Gravel Road), GC/BC/RC-5 and above (for Terminated G+2 Laga Dadi Mini Mrket) & GC/WC-4 AND ABOVE (for Water Reservoir), hence all of the bidders who fulfill shall submit: A. Renewed Certificate of registration for this budget year B. Renewed Trade License for this budget year C. Registration of Trade Certificate for this budget year D.VAT Registration Certificate. E. TIN Certificate, F. Tax clearance certificate valid during the bidding period from Oromia/Federal Revenue & Customs Authority. G. PPA's Suppliers registration list Certificate or full information about bidder.
