- Tenders are invited for Various Stationery Materials, Quiqullina Materials, Various Electronic Devices, Various Furniture, Legal Clothing for Public Servants, Car Tires, Various Information (it) Equipment for Training and Vocational Institute, Bidders may obtain bid documents from the Finance Office no. 500 (five hundred) within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of this notice during working hours from 2:30 to 6:30 and 7:30 to 11:3 5 you can buy. When filling in the price of goods on the tender documents, bidders should fill in the price plus freight and stamp it with the company's round stamp and seal the original and single copy in a "sky" envelope in a designated box. Each bidder shall submit a bid security of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) by bank certified check (CPO) or cash on the date of receipt of the tender documents. In other words, the tender receipt will be returned to you 28 (twenty-eight) days after the winning bidder enters into an agreement with the winning goods. The winning bidder must deposit ten percent (10%) of the type of item by which he won the price before entering into an agreement by bank guaranteed check (CPO) or cash. Bidders should deposit the bid documents in the tender box by 6:30 pm on the 16th day of the notice. Bids will be opened at 8:30 am on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at 8:30 am on the next working day. The winning bidders shall deposit the bids at the warehouse of Dagam A/Finance Office at the price of loading and unloading. The Office reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part if it finds a better procurement method The Finance Office is located 125 km from Finland on the Gojjam line. Samples of stationery, hygiene items, legal uniforms and miscellaneous items should be submitted.
