- Tenders are invited for URRAP Bridge Construction Projects (with approach roads) of the Borana Zone Roads Authority 1. Weyib: 18m 2. Haralo: 18m 3. Wurwita: 18m Bids opening date: 4:30AM local time, on the 16th working day Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bid bond: 1.5% A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application, VAT registration certificate, taxpayer identification certificate, and a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, and the supplier list certificate, renewed trade registration certificate, renewed trade license issued by the body of establishment that each concern, to the address given below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 on Ethiopian Commercial Bank account number 1000026574416 starting from the first date notice viewed on newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday, The bid is valid for 90 days after the bid submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied bid security of 1.5% which will be payable on the first demand to client security in the acceptable form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee and the bid security must address the employer. Bids must be delivered on or before 4:00 AM local time, on the 16th working day from the first announcement date and will be opened on the same day at 4:30 AM local time at Borana Zone Finance and Economic Cooperation Office in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend. The opening of the bid shall not be affected by the absence of the bidder or the representative.
