- Expression of Interest are invited for UPSNJP Targeting Spot Checks The objective of UPSNJP Targeting Spot Checks is to provide feedback on the process of and quality of data collection. Given that the data collection process a part of the targeting cycle is new, targeting spot checks are an opportunity to learn from the process of early implementers and improve the process early. The targeting spot checks focus on three areas. First, the spot checks aim at verifying data quality of PMT data collected by cities. Second, the third-party will collect information on the process of PMT data collection to better understand the burden and challenges of data collection to households. Third, the third-party will include key informant interviews (KII) with city officials engaged in data collection to better understand the challenges around data collection. The sample size are 1,500 households across a maximum of 8 cities and 5 KIIs in each city. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
