- Tenders are invited for Upgrading of the Omo River Water System to a Potable Source of Water for the Health Center Usage in Dus Kebele All bidders should have 2013 EC renewed valid trade license and certificate for water construction works grade 5 and above, ha VAT registration certificate, TIN Number, testimonial of related performance experience, detail company profile A complete set of bidding documents may be collected by any interested eligible bidder upon showing the above-stated documents submitting letter of interest The bid-offer shall be submitted as follows: a. The bid-offer document filled with BOQ and the technical documents with all the above documents should be scaled in separate envelopes b. The original and a copy of the financial (BOQ) and technical document shall be sealed in separate envelopes. Each (financial/BOQ) and technical document) will be submitted in two parcels marked "Original" and "Copy on the envelops C. The bid bond shall be sealed in a separate envelope marked "Bid bond d. The envelopes in a, b, and c above shall then be sealed together in an outer envelope marked the "Offer Documents"
