- Tenders are invited for Supply of Urea Formaldehyde Resin, Powder, Paraffin Wax, And Hardener (Ammonium Chloride) Industrial Grade Compatible with UFR 1 Urea Formaldehyde resin, powder: 640,000 kg 2 Paraffin wax: 50,000Kg 3 Hardener (Ammonium Chloride) Industrial grade Compatible with UFR; 100,000Kg Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: 2% Interested bidders (both local and international) can obtain the bid document from our branch office in Addis Ababa upon payment of non-refundable birr 100.00 (one hundred bin from the date of issuance of this bid on Ethiopian Herald and on the Amharic reporter newspaper, Bidders must submit an original and a photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total price offered for the materials in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O. Bidders should submit their offer referring to bid no. MPM 001/20829/06/2021 in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers up to July 2, 2021 until 2:00 Pm Bidders should submit their samples before the due date (Closing Date). Bidders can present their offer on either FOB bases by clearly specifying the port of loading (where the buyer will bear all costs from the port of loading) OR on DDP bases where the supplier (Seller) assumes a commitment to deliver the goods to the buyer's site OR using both delivery term options. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on July 2,2021 at 2:30 PM Maichew Particleboard Manufacturing Plc reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids.
