- Tenders are invited for Supply 90 Pcs of Tables. Digital Green Foundation is a global development organization that empowers smallholder farmers to lift themselves out of poverty by harnessing the collective power of technology and grassroots level partnership. Digital Green aims to meet this mission through strengthening agricultural extension to provide services that smallholder farmers require. In Ethiopia, Digital Green works in four regions, namely, Oromia (including Addis Ababa), Amhara, SNNP, and Tigray. Digital Green Foundation would like to invite competent bidders to supply 90 pcs of Tables: 1. Samsung Galaxy TAB A8.0 (2019) - 80 Pcs, 2. Lenovo Tab4 8 8504x - 5 Pcs, and 3. Huawei Media Pad T2-DL09 - 5 Pcs 1. Interested bidders shall request the detailed specification of the Tablets via email starting from Monday, July 19, 2021 at 9am until July 28, 2021 at 5:00pm. 2. The bid document with detail specification shall be requested via email address to: nardos@digitalgreen.org. The documents will automatically be sent back to you on your same email address during office hours, from Monday to Friday: morning 9:00am to 12:30pm and afternoon 2:00pm to 5:00pm, effective from the first day of this bid announcement. 3. Bidders may bid on all or any of the bid items noted above. 4. Final bids shall be submitted in a sealed, stamped, and waxed envelope no later than Friday, July 30, 2021 at 2:00pm in the address provided below. 5. Due to COVID-19 situation, the bid opening shall only be conducted by DG bid committee. 6. Late bid submission beyond date and time mentioned under # 4 will not be considered. 7. Digital Green Foundation reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in parts.
