- Tenders are invited for Supply of the Port Machinery Tires Bid closing date: Mar 24, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Mar 24, 2022 11:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 300 Bid bond: Birr 500,000.00 The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located on the new building head office 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (three Hundred Birr) during office hours. Bid document shall be accompanied with bid bond amount ETB 500,000 (five Hundred thousand Birr) or equivalent amount of foreign currencies on the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with technical Proposal in the form of bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 88(60 +28 days) days after bid opening. Bidders shall submit a financial and technical offer in separate envelopes. The bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the above address at the 10th floor on or before March, 24/2022 at 2:00 pm, and it shall be opened on the same date at2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives Late bid shall not be accepted and return unopened. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
