- Tenders are invited for Supply Material and Labor Cost Separately to Construct 6 Safe Corners with Shower Room Development Expertise Centre (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization established to contribute towards improving the life of the disadvantaged and marginalized society. The organization has four major programme areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skills Development, Entrepreneurship and Employable Skills Development and Lobby and Advocacy programs. In Gender and life skill development program, DEC has Right Here Right Here 2 project fund from MOFA, Netherland. This project has deliverable of constructing girls' friendly safe corners (የሴቶች ማረፊያ ክፍል) with shower room for six schools at Addis Ababa, Bole sub city Therefore, all interested & eligible bidders that is capable, qualified, and technically competent and have valid license for the current Ethiopian FY 2013 can Supply Material and Labor Cost separately to construct 6 safe corners with shower room. Note that: a. Bidders can collects bill of quantities (BOQ) from DEC office. b. The contractor should own a Grade 8contractor's license c. Development Expertise Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids. d. Late applying bids will not be accepted e. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT.
