Brand new 1 Bids shall contain 1/ essential technical specifications (e.g. for computers: model, processor, memory, storage, connectivity ports/interfaces, operating system, any preinstalled /included suite of applications, such as MS Office); 2/ a price quotation for each item, including VAT; 3/ the number of years of warranty (if any), as well as the delivery time and the bid validity; and 4/ the supplier's renewed trade & business licenses, as well as its VAT and TIN registration certificates. Our evaluation criteria will include a combination of price and quality. We may contact short-listed bidders to inspect a sample of key solicited items before signing the purchase order. Bids should also be signed by the relevant authority and submitted in PDF format - as our team is based out of Addis Ababa, they shall be sent to: contact@eurika.ngo.
