- Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Datacenter, Network, and Security Infrastructure Bid closing date: Mar 28, 2023 4:00 PM Bid opening date: Mar 28, 2023 4:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 3,000.00 ETB Bid bond: 2% bid documents can be obtained from the company at the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 3,000.00 (Three Thousand Birr) or its equivalent in foreign currency at the time of purchasing the bid document from the IT Project Office Bunna Insurance S.C 5. The bid must be accompanied by a minimum bid security amount of ETH Birr 2% of the total bid amount or its equivalent in USD in one of the following forms: CPO Bank guarantee Bid Bond issued by a well-known foreign bank and confirmed through a recognized domestic bank in Ethiopia and the bidder should inform BIC by fax or e-mail to collect the bid bond before the closing date. 6. The bid remains floating from February 26, 2023, to March 28, 2023, and will be closed on March 28, 2023, at 4:00 PM and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 4:30 PM at the Company's Meeting room, Basement Floor Fitawrari Damtew Avenue, Behind AU Bunna Insurance Building. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted. 7. Sealed bids marked as "The Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of Datacenter, Network, and Security Infrastructure" original and copy in separate Four wax-sealed envelopes marked as Eligibility Document, Technical Proposal, Financial Proposals and soft copies of Eligibility and Technical Document wax-sealed in one big envelope must be delivered in person or company postal address (P.O.Box) specified above and submitted in the box prepared for this purpose on or before March 28, 2023, 4:00 PM.
