- Tenders are invited for Supply of Hot Kiln Alignment Service Specifications for Cement Kiln Bid document price: 115.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% 1. Eligible Suppliers / Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate Issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 from the Procurement Department, Addis Ababa Beklo Bet Garad Building 3rd Floor during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. 2. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidder offer in the form of a Bank Guarantee held by the Supplier Name (not by the local agent) which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory. 3. Wax-sealed Bids shall be delivered to the Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory Procurement Department, Addis Ababa office on or before November 28, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Bidders should provide one Original and one copy of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately.
