Description :
Tenders are invited for Supply of GI Pipe & Fittings for Yirba Hospital Bid Bond/ CPO 20,000.00 Birr 4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days for both lots except lot-1, which is 90 (ninety) calendar days after Bid opening. 5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 90 (ninety) calendar days for both lots except lot-1 which is 120 (One Hundred Twenty) calendar days Insurance bond is not acceptable. 6. The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses at least for the year with Originals from Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines, and Energy Bureau at Procurement, finance, and property Administration Directorate, Hawassa City, near to Hawassa City Administration headquarter upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. 7. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional State Water, Mines and Energy Bureau procurement, finance and Property Administration Directorate, Room number 009, Hawassa City, Telephone number +251 46 212 5480, on 30th calendar day of announcement on the national newspaper at or up to 12:30 p.m and Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 p.m at the same date/ 30th calendar days of announcement on the national newspaper/. If the day lay on the weekend or Ethiopian holiday the bid will open the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
