Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the company-s tendering procedures and is open to registered bidders who has similar experience and capacity for the intended work. Bidders should submit a copy of their Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate and copy of their renewed trade license for 2014 E.C budget year. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Design, Supervision, & Contract Administration Directorate A complete set of hard copy of bidding document in English can be obtained by interested bidders from the address above (5) upon presenting legal documents listed above in (4). Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the procurement document. Bidders are required to submit both technical, financial, and bid security documents using three separate sealed envelopes with two copies. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) addressed to Ayat S.co which will be valid for 90 days and shall be a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee letter written in favor of Ayat Share Company. Bids must be delivered to the address above (5) on or before 16th of August 2022, 2:30PM. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the address above (5) on August 16, 2022 at 3:00PM from the address above (5).
