- Tenders are invited for Supply of Essential Non-Food Items (Bedding Set, Cooking Set, and Hygiene Kits) Bid closing date: Aug 16, 2023 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Aug 16, 2023 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 2 % Logistics Unit - Contracting Section World Food The ISLAMIC RELIEF (IR) now invites all eligible suppliers licensed by relevant government authorities for 2015 E.C. to procure ESSENTIAL NONFOOD ITEMS (BEDDING SET, COOKING SET, AND HYGIENE KITS) items. The offer shall include the purchase of Essential Nonfood Items (Bedding Set, Cooking Set, And Hygiene Kits) and, transport and loading and unloading items to the Afar Region; The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the Cash Payment Order (CPO). A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of bank advice after depositing a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 at ISLAMIC RELIEF ETHIOPIA A/C 1000007230714; Sealed and waxed envelopes containing the original and copy of the offer for the supply of the abovementioned tasks shall be delivered before August 16, 2023; The bid shall be closed at 10:00 AM and be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM at the Islamic Relief Country office and Islamic Relief Ewa office in Afar Region.
