- Tenders are invited for Supply of Printing Materials 1 Headed Paper 80g Pcs 500 Reem 2 Store Requisition Pad Pcs 2,000 3 Purchase Requisition Pad Pcs 2,000 4 Receiving Memo Pad Pcs 2,000 5 Issue and Turn in Pad Pcs 2,000 6 Stock Card Pcs 2,000 7 Bin Card Pcs 1,000 8 Cash Receipt Voucher Pcs 1.100 9 Withholding Pad Pcs 1.100 10 Petty Cash Pad Pcs 200 11 Cheque Payment Voucher Pcs 200 Bids opening date: Nov 19, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: 2% Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document against a non-refundable payment of ETB 100 (Hundred Birr) for each lot from ERCS Logistics Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2014 E.C., registration certificate, Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. Bid will be closed on Nov.19, 2021 at 3:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 3:30pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.
