- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply of Generators 10KVA Generator: qty 209 pcs 8.5 KVA Generator: qty 35 pcs Bid closing date: Sep 21, 2022 3:00 PM Bid opening date: Sep 21, 2022 3:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 500 Bid bond: Birr 2,500,000.00 Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://bids.extratenders.com/bids-shop/dashen-bank-sc/https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable Fee ETB 500 (Five Hundred) starting from Aug 15, 2022 up to Sep 21,2022. The Bid offers must be delivered to specified address at the end of this document on or before Sep 21, 2022 up to 3:00 PM in East African Time (EAT)-Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bid offer shall be publicly opened on Sep 21, 2022 3:30 PM at afternoon East African Time (EAT) in the presence of bidders or official representatives in the Dashen Bank S.C. Supply Chain Management Department, New Head Quarter Building, and 14th floor in front of National Bank of Ethiopia. Birr 2,500,000.00(Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Birr) shall be presented as a bid security in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cashier's Payment Order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency counter guarantee with one of eligible commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
