Reusable face mask Reusable and Washable face mask PCs 1620 4 Sanitizer 60- 80% Alcohol content 100ml hand sanitizer PCs 300 Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization (FIDO) has launched humanitarian intervention “ Lifesaving emergency nutrition response to conflict affected communities in Bambasi, Sedal and Oda Bildiglu woredas, Kamashi zone, Benishangul Gumuz region, Ethiopia.” through UNOCH EHF. For this BID, FIDO invites bidders to provide Medical person protective items such as surgical face mask, Disposable glove, Reusable face mask, and Sanitizer based on the specification provided. Bidding documents can be purchased at Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization Head Office Addis Ababa, and non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) starting from the 1st day of announcement (Sunday August 21, 2022) on Reporter News Paper up to 5 consecutive days and will be closed on Friday, August 27, 2022 at 2:00 PMafternoon and opened at 2:30 PM at the same day. Working Days: Monday to Friday from 8:30AM - 11:30PM. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid security of not less than (2%) of offered price only in the form of CPO and must be addressed to Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization and must be attached to original financial document.
