- Tenders are invited for Supply of Electrical Materials and Equipment qty 15 pcs Bid closing date: On the 30 Consecutive calendar days at 2:00 p.m. Bid opening date: On the 30 Consecutive calendar days at 2:30 p.m. Region: Sidama Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 30,000.00 Birr A complete bid document may be obtained from Office Room No. 19 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred Birr only). Bidders shall include in their bid a currently renewed Trade License valid for the year 2016 Ethiopia calendar year and a VAT registration certificate. Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) ETB Cash Payment Order (CPO). Bank Guarantee. Or the Insurance Guarantee is rejected. Bids shall be delivered to Hawassa City Water Supply and sewerage Service Enterprise head office; Room number 19 Hawassa, on or before 2:00 p.m. on 30 days of Consecutive calendar days of this bid announcement on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper. Bids shall be opened at 2:30 p.m. on 30 days in the presence of the bidders/their representatives who wish to attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Those who can supply materials fully from the stock will be considered as an advantage. Bidders can compute in any one of the lots or for All. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address given below and inspect the Bidding Documents at that address from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 am to 11:30 am & from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm on Friday. The Hawassa City Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all the bid or part of the bid.
