- Tenders are invited for Supply of Desktop Computer and Mobile Apparatus including Installation of Basic Application Software Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: ETB 20,000.00 All bids must be accompanied by a bid security (ETB) 20,000.00 in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 60/Sixty/ days. The bid documents should be submitted in one original and one copy. “Original Technical Document" and “Copy 1 of Technical Document” respectively, and the two envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope marked: “Technical Document”. Similarly, the original and copies of the financial documents shall be sealed in separate envelopes and marked "Original Financial Document" and "Copy of Financial Document" respectively, and the two envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope marked: "Financial Document". Then the technical and financial documents shall then be sealed in mother envelop marked with the name of the Bidder. All envelopes shall then be sealed. All bids shall be delivered to ATA, Amhara Regional Office at Bahir Dar, Aregawiyan Building 2nd Floor, Office No.14 before the bid closing date and time. Bid closing date shall be on Oct 07, 2021 G.C at 8:00 pm local time and will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of ATA, Amhara Regional Office /Conference Room/, Bahir Dar on the same date at 2:30 pm local time. If the bid opening date is a holiday, the closing and opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, Amhara Regional Office (ATA-AMRO) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid, and to annul the bidding process.
