Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Implementation of Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Solution Of the Bureau 1. Delivery, Supply & Implementation of HCI Solution 2. Network Switch for HCI 3. HCI Training Bid closing date: Feb 01, 2022 1:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 01, 2022 1:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 200 Bid bond: Birr 60,000.00 A bidder shall be required to supply the sample of their respective offer, as a condition of the contract award. A bidder shall be required to supply renewed Business Licenses-Registration Papers, Tax Payment Certification, and also some other authenticated documents stated in the bid document as a requirement of MOR. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 4:00 E.C(in the morning) on February 01, 2022 and will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the Ministries Meeting hall Building Block B/3RD Floor Office NO. 301 at 4:30 E.C (in the morning) on February 01, 2022, all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr with the amount stated above in the table for each items or with an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids shall be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject in part or all bids.
