Scheduled Delivery Time in terms of Days/Quantity if Delivered in two or more rounds. Warranty Period in terms of Months/Years. Any service provision package offers if any Any other relevant documents deemed necessary by the supplier. Booklet, Brochure, or Detail specification of the product complying to the above stated specification. (NOTE: Submission of a Sample Product itself will have a high added value in the technical evaluation.) Financial Envelope: (Original & Copy) The Financial Envelope MUST incorporate the following mandatory documents and/or information clearly specified. Unit or Total Price of the Supply/Supplies INCLUSIVE all TAX applied.
