- Tenders are invited for Supply and Transport of Nineteen (19) Fuels Irrigation Pumps Bid closing date: Mar 15, 2024 12:30 PM Bid opening date: Mar 15, 2024 2:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 2% Applicants are required to fulfill the following minimum requirements: Renewed Business license for the year 2016 Ethiopian Fiscal Year Valid VAT registration Certificate- & TIN number Bid security of 2% of the bid in the form of CPO in the name of EOC-DICAC for the amount offered. Application procedure: All qualified and eligible bidders are required to collect the bid document with detailed specifications from the third floor of EOC-DICAC head office located in front of the Tourist hotel, Arat Kilo Square within 10 consecutive days (calendar days) beginning from the date of this announcement. Bidders are required to submit a separate technical proposal along with renewed license and other relevant testimonies and others mentioned above, and financial proposal in a separately sealed envelope in a bid box designated for this purpose at second floor of EOC-DICAC, Head Office on or before March 15, 2024 at 12:30 PM (Lunch time). The financial proposal shall include cost of pumps and please note that quotation for transportation should be filled separately from the cost of pumps.
