- Objective of the projectThis project is looking forward to making the security checkpoint or gate 2 on theeastern side of the UNECA compound a safe, UV protected and waterproofed area for thesecurity officers to work in full capacity. The project envisions removing the four independentcanopies and installing MSU which is one, UV stabilized and waterproofed.On the other hand, make additional mobile storage units available wheneveradditional storages are requiredScope of this project- The Entrance at gate 2 is a high traffic area hence the project schedule will be preciseand limited to a couple of days.- The existing canopy frame, fabric and PVC cover located at the entrance gate 2 shallbe removed and handed over to the client for storage.- While removing the frame of the canopies located at entrance gate 2 there will bedemolition works for those pillars which are anchored in concrete pads. And the areashould be cleared and cleaned thoroughly to make ready for the MSU which will beerected.- The MSU which should be installed at the gate should fit the area perfectly andaccommodate 3 vehicles side by side at the same time for security checkups and allow3 movement for security personnel...
