- Tenders are invited for Supply and Implementation of the 1kw Fm Transmitter & on-Air Studio Turnkey Project. Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: Birr 25,000.00 Unconditional Bank Guaranty or Certified check from national Bank of Ethiopia: 250,000(Two Hundred Fifty Thousand) The bidders should have a renewed trade licenses valid for the bidding period. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International tendering Procedures contained in public procurement proclamation of the federal government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be obtained from the procurement team office on the 2nd floor of Administration Building up on submission of written application and a nonrefundable fee of birr ETB 200 (Two Hundred). Bids shall be valid for a period of 160 (One Hundred Sixty) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a security specified in above table which shall be delivered to Salale University. Bidders shall be quite sure to state direct line phone number, cell phone number, fax number and e-mail address their organization correctly while collecting bid documents. Failure in receipt of bid communication due to incorrectness of the above will not be the responsibility of the university Bidders are instructed to submit the original and all the copies of the technical proposal shall be placed inside of separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Original Technical Proposal, Copyl, Technical Proposal and Copy2 Technical Proposal” and with a warning Do Not Open Until (insert the date and the time of the Technical proposal submission deadline].” Similarly the original financial proposal and its copies shall be placed inside of a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Original Financial Proposal, Copy 1 Financial Proposal, Copy 2 Financial Proposal" and with a warning “Do Not OPEN WITH THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL". Bid bond must be attached to qualification document as bid data sheet. Copy of documents should be photo copy of the original bid documents and signed and sealed standard bidding documents (SBD) must be returned with other tender documents failure to do so will result in automatic rejection from tender. Closing time for submission of bid will be at the end of 5:00 local time of the 34th day to be counted from the date of the announced of the tender and its opening time will be at 5:30 local time. If the 31th day is not working day, the bid will be opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day. Late submission will be rejected. Bid must be submitted in to Box provided for this purpose on the 2nd Floor, For the procurement Team office. The university will post all detail and necessary information regarding this tender call on its below mentioned address. Furthermore, the university will inform all necessary changes such as time extension and etc: if there is and if it is necessary, on newspaper. Salale University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids. Partial rebate or rebate on some items is not acceptable, Bidders are seriously advised to read comply with the Instruction To Bidders /ITB/ and all other contents of the bid document.
