- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Handheld GPS and Pump Maintenance Tools Kit. Handheld GPS: 160 sets. Pump Maintenance Tools Kit: 35 sets Bid closing date: Apr 30, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: April 30, 2024 Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 Birr or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Bid bond: 100,000.00 Birr or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency The bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred birr only) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash/Cashier's check, Payment to account. No.1000009144009 with a presentation of the deposit slip in person and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the address given below. Bids must be delivered/submitted to the address below on or before April 30, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on April 30, 2024, immediately after the bid submission time deadline as given above.
