- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Petroleum Teaching Materials A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application at the JJU procurement office against a non-refundable fee of birr 500. Eligible Bidders are required to submit Technical and financial proposals in one envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr, 250,000 ETB. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids must be delivered to jigjiga university on the 15th day as the bid is issued on this newspaper at 10:00 am the morning. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at Jigjiga University senate hall on the 15th day as the bid is issued in this newspaper at 10:30 am the morning.
