- Specific Procurement Notice Invitation For Prequalification Ethiopia Restoration And Opening To The Public Of The National Palace Phase 1: Lot 2 & Lot 3 October 9, 2021 The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia Palace Administration Has Received Funds From Agence Française De Développement ("Afd") Toward The Cost Of The Restoration And Opening To The Public Of The National Palace Phase 1 (Lot 1, Lot 2 & Lot 3), Which It Intends To Apply Part Of The Funds To Payments Under The Contract For. This Project Is Divided Into Three Lots: Lot 1, Lot 2 & Lot 3. This Prequalification Is For Two Lots Only: Lot 2 And Lot 3. One Contractor May Apply For Both Lots If And Only If The Contractor Qualifies For The Aggregate Minimum Criteria Stated In The Prequalification Criteria.
