- Tenders are invited for Solicitation for Survey Tool Translators FHI360 seeks the services of two individual translators proficient in Amharic, Afaan Oromo and English to translate a household survey questionnaire to assess survey participants Knowledge attitude and practice related to Maternal and child health, Family planning, WASH, nutrition, and Malaria. The tools to be translated are in English and to be translated to Amharic and Afaan Oromo with an estimated number of pages between 45 to 60 in total on A4 paper. This will be a short-term assignment based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Level of Effort (LOE): 10-12 days. Duration of the assignment: October 20-30,2022. Number required (2): English to Amharic Translator (1) English to Afaan Oromo Translator (1) Role: A Translator will: Translate questionnaire from English into Amharic and submit to FHI360 for review and incorporate inputs and revise the translation, all this within the given deadlines. Proven evidence of household survey tool translation work, both from English to Amharic and English to Afaan Oromo.
