- The specific objective will be to : Provide Generate your Business (GYB), Start your Business (SYB) and Financial Education (FE) training to 1,500 potential and returned migrants and assist in business plan preparation Assist at least 70 percent of potential and returned migrants in business registration, access to finance /loan services and negotiation of production and marketing places Facilitate self-employment for at least 70 percent of the trained potential and returned migrants. Provide mentoring support for 6 consecutive months for self-employed beneficiaries
