- Tenders are invited for Selection of Eligible Tour Operators to Deliver the Service on Behalf of Et-Holidays. Bid closing date: Aug 08, 2023 3:00 PM Bid opening date: Aug 08, 2023 3:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bid bond: 20,000.00 Birr Any tour operator who has been legally established with renewed trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer registration, or Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids and member of Officially Registered Tour Operators Association and accredited from Minister of Tourism with two years and above working experience can participate in the bid. Interested bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (one Hundred Birr) nearby the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring tender number SSNT-T387 to Ethiopian Airlines Account number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip, project title with a tender number, and detailed contact address of the company to the below address and will get tender-document by return email. All bidders are required to submit a bid security amount of ETB 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted. The bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders immediately after the winner is announced. The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical office on/or before August 08, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM, at the Ethiopian Airlines Group Head office Addis Ababa, at the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
