- Tenders are invited for SL‐CPD Module Printing (Amharic), SL‐CPD Module Printing (Afan Oromo) and SL‐CPD Module Printing (Somali). Note ‐ ‐ Following the announcement of the winner, the winner is expected to deliver the first‐round order (assignment) within a week time (The first Two module printing with average number of 50 pages and around 9,900 copies each. ‐ Therefore, the bidder should include the delivery date for the first‐round order. ‐ Offered unit prices should include transportation/delivery costs. Requirements: 1. Bidders should attach the following in their bid document: · 1.1 Copies of renewed relevant business license, TIN and VAT Registration certificates · 1.2 Documents showing proof of their good reputation working with other international NGOs and similar organizations doing similar type of tasks. · 1.3 Recommendation letters from 3 references. 2. Bidders should be willing to give their service under the following conditions: · · To accept a credit basis payment condition. · To provide the services for duration of the contract from the date of signing with the offered prices. · cTo provide legal receipt upon pa Selection Criteria: The bid will be evaluated not necessary based on lowest price alone, but EDT will award the contract based on value for money, quality, compliance and delivery. The experience of the tenderer in the performance of similar contracts will also be criteria for selection. Bid documents should be submitted on or before November 09, 2021, 4:00PM. Before the closing date and time, bidders should prepare their offer (technical and financial) in a sealed envelope and submit to EDT Office located at Meskel Flower, Jemea building next to Dreamliner hotel, 5th floor.
