- Tenders are invited for Renovation of Different Health Facilities found in Afar (Zone-1 and Zone-5) Number of Facilities: 10 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Health, Procurement Executive Officer, and inspect the bidding documents at the address below during office hours: from 09:00 A.M to 12:30 A.M hours and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 P.M hours, Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 A.M to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 P.M hours on Fridays the contact person Mr. Ashenafi Eshetu procurement Specialist Email on ashenafi.eshetu@moh.gov.et and Phone number +251912 50 17 15. 6. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr). The method of payment will be in cash deposit at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Account Number Ref 100 00 00 98 48 77 and presenting the deposit slip in person to MOH Finance Executive Office and the document will be given to the applicants arriving at our premises in person. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 30, 2023, @ 2:00 p.m. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. The technical and financial Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on October 30, 2023, @ 2:30 p.m. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) for one lot/each lot or its' equivalent in an easily convertible currency. Bid Security must be in the form of either CPO or Bank Guarantee from a recognized local Banks. Insurance Bond and bid security declaration is not acceptable. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
