- Tenders are invited for Recruitment of Consultant for the Study, Design & Supervision of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Bid closing date: 16th day at 2.00 PM Bid opening date: 16th day at 2.30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 200 Bid bond: Birr 250,000.00 A complete set of Bidding Document can be obtained from Procurement and Finance Directorate office which is found at 4kilo queen Elizabeth street upon deposit of non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (two hundred birr only) at Procurement and Finance Directorate Office No 502 during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30-12:30 am and 01:30-5:30 p.m.) until 16th consecutive days as of the announcement of the bid in the newspaper. The bid document can be obtained from Procurement and Finance Directorate Office but at the time of bid, submission bidders must attach the appropriate documentary evidence for depositing the requested fee. Bidder must attach appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating its compliance, which shall include: a. Valid renewed business license indicating the stream of business in which the Consultant is engaged; b. VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority; c. valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority and; d. Other relevant professional certificates. The amount of the bid security shall be ETB birr 250,000.00 (two hundred fifty-thousand birr)
