- Tenders are invited for Purchase of HDPE Pipe . Bid Guarantee letter for two months; 2% of the total bid. Samaritan-s Purse wishes to invite legally recognized HDPE Pipe Suppliers to provide the following items based on the following Specifications. 1 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=110mm, PN 16, Nominal wall thickness 10mm. Meter 2,600 2 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=90mm, PN 16, Nominal wall thickness 8.2mm Meter 600 3 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=63mm, PN 16, Nominal wall thickness 5.8mm Meter 6,800 4 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=50mm, PN 16, Nominal wall thickness 4.6mm Meter 2,300 5 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=40mm, PN 16, Nominal wall thickness 3.6mm Meter 1,200 6 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=100mm, PN 10, Nominal wall thickness 6.0mm Meter 400 7 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=90mm, PN 10, Nominal wall thickness 5.4mm Meter 2,300 8 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=75mm, PN 10, Nominal wall thickness 4.5mm Meter 2,100 9 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=63mm, PN 10, Nominal wall thickness 3.8mm Meter 12,600 10 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=50mm, PN 10, Nominal wall thickness 3.0mm Meter 6,700 11 HDPE Pipes of PE-100 series, HDPE with OD=40mm, PN 10, Nominal wall thickness 2.4mm Meter 800 Eligible bidder should meet the following criteria: · Renewed Trade Business License · Tax registration certificate · Bid Guarantee letter for two months; 2% of the total bid · Technical and Financial proposal shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. · The envelope shall be stamped for Sealed Confirmation. Bid Submission Guidelines The Technical document & Financial proposal should be submitted separately based on the above requirements. The Separate unit prices for each item should be specifically given. Do not lump the price together. This may result in disqualification. The Delivery location will be Hosanna and if you have delivery services indicate clearly. Both documents must be submitted to Addis Ababa office. The documents should be clearly labeled and sealed, “Bid for HDPE Pipes” and should be addressed and delivered to the address below not later than the 24th May 2021, 5PM.
