- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Cleaning Supplies and Car Maintenance Each prepared tender type document can be purchased at a non-refundable price of Birr 300 ( Three Hundred ) per unit by presenting it to the Office of the Procurement Office No. 228 during working hours . Electronic bidders must submit their bid documents in a sealed envelope, the technical bid document and the financial document separately , and they must prepare one copy for each of the same and write the main original or copy on the inside of the envelope and put them in the bid box prepared for this purpose . The last day for bidders to submit their bid documents is 15 ( fifteen ) consecutive days from the date of publication of this notice in the New Era newspaper , and it will be before 8:00 on the 15th day only . The auction will be closed on the 15th at 8:00 p.m. and the same day at 9:00 p.m. Bidders or their legal representatives It will be opened clearly in the office of the Directorate of Procurement where you are present.
