- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Property Search Acquisition Advisory and Consultancy Services Identify and acquire by way of securing leasehold, license property or ownership interests for purposes of installing Safaricom telecommunications Base Transceiver/Repeater Stations, Wireless Access Points, Mobile Switching Centers and Fibre to Buildings within provided Safaricom guidelines. Upon receipt of written instructions specific to Safaricom's site requirements Identify and acquire by way of securing leasehold, licence property or ownership interests for purposes of commercial office or retail shop services Identify and acquire by way of securing leasehold, licence property or ownership interests for purposes of residential use Acquire extra space for additional equipment installations, parking, office or retail shops on existing sites where necessary. Negotiate lease/license agreements and secure statutory approvals for Safaricom technology sites and commercial properties within given guidelines. The statutory approvals will include extension of user and approval of site plans by local authorities, and environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval by relevant Ethiopian local, regional and federal authorities Valuation of newly acquired properties and existing Safaricom Property by way of submission of a signed valuation report. Where the report shall set out their opinion of the value of the relevant interest in the property. The report will be provided for the stated purposes and for the sole use of the named Client.
