- Tenders are invited for Provision of Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Related Services for EALBMSC in Ethiopia The description of services to be procured from the clearing and forwarding agents in the import shipments of the company. The vendor shall provide customs clearance and related services for inbound cargo from/to Port Djibouti, Modjo and Commet to/from EALBMSC Warehouse in Bishoftu and Cargo arriving or departing through Addis Ababa Airport, Ethiopia. The Vendor shall speedily expedites the process of documentations with airport, Modjo, Commet Customs Branch offices and Djibouti port customs as well as with carriers. Notifies to exact status and date/time of delivery of goods to EALBMSC warehouse Located BISHOFTU beside Easter industry zone. Ensure the speedy clearance and delivery of EALBMSC incoming shipment with in the timeline that you will going to indicate in KPIs from the date of receipt of completed documents from EALBMSC, under normal circumstances. The vendor shall provide Vehicle with capability to handle the incoming shipments when delivering bulky goods/Container-s to EALBMSC warehouse whenever required and Notify in advance when delivering bulky goods/Container-s to EALBMSC warehouse.
