- Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Service for “Review and Development of Comprehensive Organizational Structure and Human Resource Management Bid documents can be collected in person from Africa Insurance Company (S.C), Ground Floor, Mains Cashier Office, Africa Insurance Building (In front of SHOA Shopping Center) against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred). Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 75,000.00 (Birr Seventy Five Thousand) in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO from recognized financial institution. The bid remains floating for 30 consecutive calendar days effective from December 20, 2021 and shall be closed on January 18, 2022 at 3:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM at Head Office of Africa Insurance, 11th Floor- Meeting/Training Hall. Bids presented by any Bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted. Original and copy of “Technical Proposal” in separate wax-sealed envelope and also original and copy of “Financial Proposal” in separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified below and insert in the box prepared for this purpose on or before January 18, 2022 at 3:00 PM
