- Tenders are invited for Providing Training on Project Feasibility Study, Project Evaluation, Advanced Dam Design with its Appurtenances Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below on working days. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the sum equal to 2 percent of the bid amount including VAT, which shall remain in forces for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and shall be in separate envelope. Applicants who do not score a minimum of 70 percent of technical qualification criteria out of 100 percent points will be considered as not pre-qualified and their price (finical) bid document will be returned to the applicant without opening it. Bidders shall prepare two envelopes “Technical proposal and bid security” in one envelop and “financial proposal” in another envelop and should be sealed in an outer envelope and submit to Lalibela Study, Design and Supervision Works PLC office, Dr.Azanaw building, kebele 16 near to BahirDar Acadamey School, ground floor, Human Resource and Logistic service office starting from this announcement for 10 calendar days at office hours until 3:00 P.m and shall be publicly opened the same day and place at 4:00 P.m hours. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids as well their legal representative should attend.
