- Tenders are invited for Provide Skill Acquisition Training on the Production of Bar Soap for Refugee Soap Producer Associations The main objectives of the training: Prepare a Guideline for Bar Soap production that can be used by soap producer associations. Provide technical and vocational training in Bar Soap production including a practical demonstration of chemical mixing, product preparation, molding, cutting, and making ready for sale, safety measures, waste management, market promotion, business plan development, financial monitoring, etc. 2. Bidders should submit their Quotations with their detailed Proposal in wax-sealed envelopes to the NCA office before August 12, 2023, by 5:00 PM and must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to (1%) of the offer in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
