- Tenders are invited for Proposed Hydrogeological, Drilling, And Construction of One Borehole in Addis Ababa Bole Sub City Wereda 08 around Summit Area Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Interested bidders pay non-refundable birr 100.00 and obtain the full tender document from the office located at A.A. kirkos subcity Wereda 06 Yezelalem Building 3rd floor, Office no.301 Bidders must fulfill the following requirements All applicants should submit their bids attached with the payment slip of bid document to the above-mentioned office within 7 working days starting from the printing date of the newspaper. Only Form of Tender attached with a copy of payment slip should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked tender numbers and addressed to: Geremew Apartment Building Procurement Committee, 0911205114/0911518801 Notwithstanding the above, the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. Late bids and bids not received shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance. The Bidder shall attach the following documents to its bid; Full name, physical address, postal address, telephone and email address of the firm Company Profile, organizational structure and all relevant certificates and/or recognition letters. A duly completed and signed priced offer as per the Bills of Quantities (BOQ). A valid Business License and Registration certificate from the concerned government body A valid VAT and/ TIN registration certificate. A list and cost of recent performed contracts of similar nature including the names and addresses of the Clients for verification. Current financial status for 3 years and bank references (verifiable) Tender Securing Declaration on the amount of 20,000 Geremew Andualem Mekonnen List of drilling equipment's owned by the firm (verifiable), year of manufacturing and country of origin. List of proposed key personnel for different engineering works and their CV's (verifiable) Proposed date of work accomplishment of drilling must be stated.
