- Tenders are invited for Professional Services of Experienced Consultants Who can Undertake Terminal Evaluation PAPDA was granted a project titled "Kersadula Access to Water and Livelihood Improvement Project, Phase two, KAWLIP II) which was implemented in Kersadula Woreda, Liban Zone of Somali region and Medawalbu Woreda, Bale Zone of Oromia Region for three years. In this regard PAPDA seeks the professional services of experienced consultants who can undertake Terminal Evaluation. The ultimate purpose of this evaluation is in line with the learning and accountability function of evaluations and shall contribute to the development intervention of the implementing organization. It assesses the project planning, implementation and targeting processes of the project and draw lessons. The evaluation will assess the achievements of the project; changes initiated by the project and will take lessons to be considered in the next projects Interested applicants who fulfill the requirements can collect the TOR from PAPDA office located on the road to Meskele Flower, in front of Dreamliner Hotel, Y&H building: third floor. The applicants are required to submit their technical and financial proposal as per the requirements of the ToR.
