  • Tenders are invited for Production, Installation, And Maintenance of the Bank Branches' External Signage (Main Light Box) Bid closing date: February 14, 2024, and up to 3:00 p.m Bid opening date: February 14, 2024, at 3:30 P.M in the afternoon Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB Bid bond: 100,000.00 ETB A complete set of Bidding Documents can be obtained commencing January 29, 2024, from the Supply Chain Management Directorate Office on the 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, In front of A.A. Stadium, upon depositing a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Ethiopian Birr only) into the account number Account No. 0736452410101. The payment can be made at any Wegagen Bank s.c. branch during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. A copy of a renewed trade license, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, and VAT/TOT Registration Certificate is mandatory. A bid security amount of birr 100,000.00/ One Hundred Thousand Birr only/ in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name of “Wegagen Bank S.C.” separately or in the technical documents. A bid document shall be deposited separately in technical and financial documents with copies in sealed envelopes in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Wegagen Bank S.C., Supply Chain Management Directorate Office during office hours until February 14, 2024, and up to 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon, but any bid received after the closing date and time will automatically be rejected. A Bid opening shall be held in the presence of interested bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish to attend, on February 14, 2024, at 3:30 P.M in the afternoon. A winning supplier shall submit 10% of the award amount in the form of a Performance Bond Guarantee.
