- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Water Quality Test Reagents/Chemicals Bid closing date: on the 16th working calendar day from the date of this announcement at 2:00 p.m. Bid opening date: on the 16th working calendar day from the date of this announcement at 2:30 p.m. Region: South West Ethiopia Region Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 20,000.00 Birr To be eligible for the award of Supply of Water Quality Test Reagents and Chemicals, suppliers should have delivered similar types and quantities in the last three years. Further details are provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bid documents upon submission of a written application to the Bureau of Procurement and Property Administration Directorate, at the address provided below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (five hundred birr). Payments can be made by bank against a receipt. A delegate authorized by the bidder can collect the bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to ETB 20,000.00 (twenty thousand birr) in an acceptable form of C.P.O. or unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security shall remain valid for a period of 120 calendar days after the date of the bid opening. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening. Bid documents must be submitted in one original and two copies for both financial and technical bid documents, each sealed in separate envelopes. Electronic submission is not applicable. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:00 p.m. and closed at 2:30 p.m. on the 16th working calendar day from the date of this announcement, at the Tender Committee office of the Bureau, BONGA Town. If there is a public holiday on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue. The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
