- Quotation are invited for Procurement of Training Service (Partners Relations Management Training (Advanced Level), Visual Presentation and Gamification for Classroom Training Program Design and Development Training (Advanced Level) and E-Learning Training Material Design and Development Training (Proficient Level). Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this Open International Competitive Bid (ICB) for the procurement of training service with RFQ no. 4066981. The Bid remains floating from August 23, 2021 to September 20, 2021. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 A bid security in the amount of Birr 30,000 4. Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No. 211B, before or on September 20, 2021 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted. 5. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on September 21, 2021 at 10:00 A.M, at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.210. 6. Partial bid is allowed.
