- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Small Scale Irrigation Region: Oromia Bid document price: 1,000.00 ETB Bid bond: 300,000.00 ETB 4. The bidding document in English & Afan Oromo may be purchased by interested eligible upon the submission of a written application to the address below & upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (One thousand). 5. Bidder's documentary requirements include the category of renewed trade license Tax Clearance & Vat registration & Certificate of compliance. 6. Bid will publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement on the Ethiopian Herald after 21 working days & closed on the next working day at Local time 4:00 & the opening time will be at 4:30. 7. All Bids must be accompanied a bid Security in the form of CPO Or Bank Guaranty amount of ETB 300,000.00(Three hundred thousand birr) in the name of Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPD)
