The bids are open to all eligible bidders fulfilling the following requirements: The bidder must process copies a renewed trade license for 2013 E.C, TAX Clearance, Certificates of VAT and TIN No. registration must presented in the biding documents. 5.2. Additional details are provided in the bidding documents. 6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00(two hundred ETB) from Ministry of Agriculture, Main Office, Block B.
